Our People Services Team is part of the Group People Operations function, providing payroll, employee relations, and people support across all PIB Group businesses.
As a key member of the team, you will provide people support to approximately 4,000 colleagues and managers across the PIB Group, in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional support to employees and managers
* Maintain accurate payroll records
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
