HR / People Services Associate - 6-Month FTC

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Services Associate to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our People Services Team, you will provide administrative support for various HR-related tasks, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for payroll, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with the Payroll Services team regarding new starters, leavers, and contract variations.
- Assist with improvements to People systems and workflows, identifying areas for process enhancements.
- Administer key employee lifecycle processes, including maternity/paternity leave, flexible working requests, and leavers.
Requirements:
- Efficient administrator with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organized approach with ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative approach, willing to work with other team members to complete joint tasks.
