Order Administrator and RMA Order Administrator. Both positions are central to ensuring seamless order and returns processes, supporting efficient production, and meeting customer satisfaction.

Order Administrator

In this role, you'll manage internal, external, and return orders, ensuring accuracy and reliability for factory planning. With a strong focus on compliance and trade operations, you'll oversee order flow, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer sales orders, maintaining adherence to promised dates and operational trade compliance.
  • Perform root cause analysis on material availability changes, managing impacts on On-Time Delivery (OTD).
  • Engage with Planning and Materials teams for streamlined order processing.
  • Keep customers and sales managers updated on order statuses and delivery dates.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Background in SIOP-driven businesses, ideally with supply chain experience.
  • Ability to handle details meticulously while adapting quickly to change.

RMA Order Administrator

The RMA Order Administrator manages returns orders, from entry to final shipment, ensuring efficient factory planning. Your role will drive continuous improvement in returns processes, focusing on compliance and documentation, customer communication, and order tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage returns processing and achieve OTD (On time delivery) and inventory targets.
  • Ensure operational trade compliance, coordinating all necessary documentation.
  • Handle order acknowledgments, invoicing, and SAP updates for RMA.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on return order progress and coordinate with Planning teams for accurate demand fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • SAP experience is essential, along with strong organizational skills.
  • Background in Material Requirements Planning and knowledge of trade compliance.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, with experience managing high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail for effective reporting and decision-making.

We offer a collaborative environment where continuous improvement is valued. Both roles involve working closely with cross-functional teams to support critical operations. If you're adaptable, motivated, and ready to take ownership of your work, we want to hear from you
