Lead Generation Specialist

Role Summary
Develop a pipeline of prospects for the New Business sales team through effective use of all outbound communication channels, including such as telephone, email and social media. Maintaining accurate customer and prospect details within the companies central CRM systems and assist with other related tasks as required.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through multiple communication channels from company provided lists with the intention of creating opportunities for the sales team to sell BCP products and services
- Making outbound telephone calls to potential customers to stimulate interest and nurture relationships
- Build ongoing relationships with key target accounts
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and qualify as appropriate
- Use appropriate social media to interact with prospective customers
- Keep records of calls and interactions and record useful information
- Maintain up to date records for existing customers on databases, contact lists etc. (including Christmas cards & Newsletter circulation list)
- Manage sales leads from initial contact through to sales team acceptance/rejection
- Support the marketing team in the management and distribution of sales collateral
- Capture opportunities during telemarketing to help make more effective use of marketing spend including helping to identify new google AdWords opportunities
Additional Duties
- Help with keeping the CRM database up to date as required
- Help the Marketing team in preparation of events and exhibitions and attend as required
- Perform other duties from time to time as required
Remuneration
- Basic Salary Competitive
- Pension Scheme (including PHI and Death in Service benefits)
- 37 hour week (9-5.30 Monday – Thursday, 9-5 on Friday)
- 22 days’ holiday moving to 27 days
- Performance-based bonus scheme
