What You'll Be Doing:
- Maximise Opportunities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on identifying and capitalising on cross-sell opportunities within an existing client base, while also driving new business development.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Engage with clients to understand their unique communication needs and deliver bespoke solutions that enhance their performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Close Deals and Onboard Smoothly: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless handover to the client experience team.
- Drive Revenue and Growth: Achieve and exceed margin targets through tailored pricing proposals and strategic decision-making.
- Expand Your Network: Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to drive new connections and partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Sales Expertise: A solid background in selling Telecoms solutions to SME, Enterprise, or Public Sector clients, with a proven track record of success in both cross-selling and new business acquisition.
Consultative Mindset: An ability to deeply understand client needs and recommend purpose-built solutions that deliver tangible value.
Outstanding Communication Skills: Confidence in delivering compelling presentations and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, a strategic approach to pricing, and the ability to make impactful decisions that drive revenue.
