In order to take our Sales Department to the next level we are looking to welcome a Fleet Sales Team Leader to report into our Senior Sales Manager with the purpose of increasing the effectiveness of our overall sales through structured and consistent delivery of management aligned to sales technique sales strategy and sales theory/philosophy.
This role is about leading the sales department. Inspiring them will be crucial to the success of this role across our Fuel division.

Requirements
- Lead and manage a sales team providing guidance coaching and support to achieve sales targets and objectives. Understand our customer portfolio and allocate data for Sales Agents to target effectively.
- Set clear performance goals conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies to enhance team productivity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tactics and action plans to drive revenue growth upsell effectively and expand the customer base.
- Oversee the sales pipeline ensuring its robust accurate and effectively managed to meet revenue targets.
- Understand our customer portfolio and allocate data for Sales Agents to target effectively.
- Assist in acquiring new customers through proactive outreach and collaboration with marketing efforts.
- Maximise Early Life Management Volume (ELM) of new customers and ensure high customer success through the coaching & process
- Collaborate with the wider Sales and Marketing directorate to optimise Sales Agent onboarding and retention.
- Identify skills gaps and deliver coaching/training to maintain a highperforming team.
- Present weekly monthly and quarterly sales performance reports to the wider business.
- Provide tracking updates and forecasts to the Senior Sales Manager.
- Partner with Recruitment/People to Recruit coach and develop Sales Agents to achieve consistent results.
- Liaise with stakeholders and departments to enhance the Sales Departments operation.
- Communicate effective sales techniques and strategies to build a highperforming team.
- Drive performance through engagement incentives and daily kickoff meetings.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance and quality standards are met in all customer interactions.
To be able to contribute to The Fuel Store s success you will need proven experience in:
- Proven demonstrable experience in a Sales Management/Mentoring role.
- Driving forward Sales Volume & Revenue Growth
- Growing Customer Acquisition and Customer Success
- Upsell and CrossSell Success to increase total spend
- Driving Team Productivity and Performance Metrics (e.g. ELM Volume Conversion Rates)
- Sales Pipeline Management (e.g. Lead Generation Conversion Rates)
- The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in engaging recruiting training and managing a highperforming sales team.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate strategies goals and objectives.
- Ability to interpret data generate reports and make datadriven decisions to enhance sales outcomes.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Proactive and selfmotivated individual with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Relevant certifications in sales management or leadership (e.g. Certified Sales Professional) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Oil/Gas/Energy or Fuel industries is advantageous.

Conducting outbound sales activity to potential customers and identifying customer needs in order to provide appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio Upselling our product portfolio to maximise sales on our new customers where applicable Manage acquired accounts for a 13-week cycle. Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction. Generating new business leads by promoting The Fuel Store as a brand and understanding our offering Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions. Cultivate consultative long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential customers Utilizing our CRM systems to record and track customer interactions Achieving and exceeding KPIs in correlation with business needs Maintaining a high standard within your calls, focusing on passing compliance and quality checks on a monthly basis To have the ability to contribute to The Fuel Store s success, you will need: At least 3 years experience in a Sales role (Telesales, Recruitment, Business Development etc...) Ability to work to a high volume and manage your own diary effectively The ability to learn quickly and take in complex information Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes Familiarity with the Oil/Gas/Energy or Fuel industries As well as having the right experience, a Fueller will have: Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment Ambitions to earn a lot of money Great aptitude for overcoming challenges by having a naturally inquisitive mind Ability to challenge the status quo; actively seeking to understand HOW something works, not just WHY Resilience and ability to focus on the detail but not forget the bigger picture Ability to work hard as an individual but also bring value to the wider team Excellent communicator and act as an ambassador for all stakeholders Ability to be logical when making decisions Excellent organisation and time management Be commercially savvy
