_**As a desk sales team leader, you will**:_
**- Champion the customer. Empower your people to deliver an outstanding customer experience**:

- Constantly work within your team to share best practice on having great conversations with our customers**:

- Ensure appropriate, immediate, resolution of escalation calls to support the reduction of complaints. Includes calling all customers back within agreed timescales**:

- Understand and advocate of all EE & BT products and services. And deep understanding of EE & BT competitors**:

- Motivate, drive and engage the team to go the extra mile and feel excited about EE & BT.**:

- Know every team member and regularly show how important each of them are to you and EE & BT. Have bold conversations, provide specific and timely feedback on any underperformance.**:

- Own and deliver all business messages and ensure context and understanding has landed with the team.**:

- Track and be aware of team attendance, absence and attrition - escalate issues to line manager where needed**:

- Support the delivery of multiple KPIs and targets and hold your team accountable for delivering their targets.**:

- Have a high performing team by driving standards. Lead by example. Demonstrate the value of getting it right first time and never accept less than the best**

**- Confident and effective communicator - able to listen, influence, guide and convey messages articulately both written and verbally.**:

- Customer service skills - awareness of how to approach and deal with customers wants and needs, setting expectations and providing solutions.**:

- Track record of achieving / exceeding targets - motivated and driven by targets, able to focus on outcomes and organise workload to maximise these.**:

- Adaptable and willing to learn - able to take guidance, constructive feedback and follow processes taught during training, flexible to try new methods when guided to do so.**:

- Sales experience - Proven sales skills and background is essential - ideally in Telco.**:

- Leadership - experience of leader in a sales role is advantageous however, even if your leadership experience is informal or outside of the work environment this still may be a good role for you.
