About This Opportunity:
  • The Top Line: We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager (Player-Coach) to take charge of a growing SDR team at an exciting, mission-driven SaaS company.
  • Hybrid Role. London-Based. £50-60k Base, £90k OTE (Uncapped).
  • If you're an SDR Manager / Team Leader who has still got that “hands on” love for leading from the front, this is your chance to join at the start of our scale up period and lead your SDR team to become a major success. 
  • You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales, taking ownership of the SDR function and turning it into a well-oiled machine that fuels our ambitious goals to make a bigger impact in young peoples lives in their big decisions.

What You’ll Be Focusing On:
  • Leading the SDR team (currently four people) to consistently generate high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
  • Coaching the team to reach and exceed their potential, setting the tone by hitting and exceeding your own target.
  • Optimising our SDR processes and systems to make everything more efficient and scalable.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and improve outreach outcomes.
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Writing the playbook for how we do SDR outreach, setting the foundation for the team to scale.
What Success Looks Like in Year 1 Here:
  • You’ve built a high-performing SDR function that’s generating more than 50% of the company’s qualified opportunities.
  • Monthly opportunity targets are consistently being hit by both the team and yourself.
  • The SDR team is confident, motivated, and thriving under your leadership.
  • Best practice processes and systems are in place, along with detailed reporting and a solid outreach playbook.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • 3+ years of B2B SDR experience, with 1 year in a leadership capacity.
  • A proven track record of exceeding targets and improving outbound processes.
  • A data-driven mindset - comfortable with metrics and using insights to make decisions.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Cognism, and SourceWhale.
  • High emotional intelligence - you’re a great coach and understand how to get the best out of people.
  • A proactive, lead-by-example attitude that inspires your team to excel.
Key Details You’ll Want to Know:
  • Location: Hybrid, Central London-based, with 3 days in the office.
  • Compensation: Up to £60k base, £89,400 OTE (uncapped).
  • Reporting Line: Directly into the Head of Sales.
