Responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth, NO COLD CALLING

Overall Purpose:

  • Understanding client's needs, promoting company products and services and co-ordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Responsible for the full project process, including timely issuing of detailed works instructions, communication of all customer mailing requirements to internal key contacts, planning, quotation, invoicing and stock management.

Key Duties:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as main point of contact between the client and the company, building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships.

Understanding Client Needs:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for development of client accounts promoting all aspects of company products and service offerings.

Account Planning:

  • Develop account plans to outline strategies for meeting client goals.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and other performance goals.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with production and development teams to ensure delivery of high quality solutions.
  • Communicate client requirements and feedback internally.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate teams.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on account status, performance and client satisfaction.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Experience of Account Management in manufacturing industry.
  • Full and clean driving licence as role will include occasional site travel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
