Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager

Shaw Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team in Taunton, Oxfordshire. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a key role in achieving financial goals, maintaining high standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the shop in alignment with company policies, maximising sales and profits.
  • Support the Shop Manager in achieving financial goals and maintaining high standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate concisely and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
