Purpose

Working from our North East Sites this role is key in the management of all aspects of the delivery in our North East Sites. This role requires flexibility, personal drive, and a commitment to exceeding performance indictors. Working in collaboration with the rest of the team as well as the wider L&S division to ensure our staff and learners are supported to meet their full potential, ensuring delivery activity meets internal and external requirements regarding performance, audit, and quality of delivery. This role also includes full accountability for the line management of the staff in relation to these sites.

Essential:

You will have:

Proven experience of effective staff management in an education environment, to maximise performance and compliance of publicly funded contracts. Good knowledge of Advanced Learner Loans delivery and SLC processing. forecasting. Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to problem solve and adapt and respond to various situations.
