Key Responsibilities- Partner with operational sites to deliver effective health and safety systems, communications, and assurance programs.
- Provide expert advice to help the business implement effective H&S risk controls and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Use specialist knowledge and understanding of risk profiles to provide assurance to internal stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
- Impart specialist H&S knowledge to others through education, communication, and training, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with operational colleagues to develop and implement H&S improvement plans, driving a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Advocate organizational learning by using the TopSet methodology for root cause analysis in incident investigations, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Collect and interpret data to provide detailed and accurate insights to operational colleagues, enabling them to take informed decisions to reduce workplace harm.
- A recognized NEBOSH qualification and professional status.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a demonstrably similar role, with a proven track record of delivering effective health and safety solutions.
- Confident with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
