Purpose
This role is crucial in positioning Shaw Trust to maximize opportunities from the government's Skills for Jobs White Paper and the Lifetime Skills Guarantee. You will help adults gain the skills they need to progress in work at any stage of their lives.
Main Responsibilities
- Generate leads through dedicated marketing activity, partners, and stakeholders.
- Take ownership of engagement activity, producing a monthly plan that incorporates innovative marketing and sales strategies.
- Source potential learners using innovative sales and employer engagement strategies.
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets to maximize income and profit generated from learner starts.
- Proactively source, locate, and develop opportunities to enhance learner participation.
- Develop and foster new business relationships at a senior level.
- Improve and provide solutions to learner engagement, marketing opportunities, and profitability.
- Sustain rapport with key accounts and develop stakeholder and partnership relationships.
- Attend and present at external client meetings and internal meetings.
- Direct engagement with participants to provide information, advice, and guidance.
- Support the general manager in preparing for contract review meetings.

You will be based in Seaham, Durham.
