Introduction to the Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large family-run business that have over 20 years experience of delivering an excellent service to their customers.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working collaboratively in the Customer Service team to build strong relationships and ensure all customer requirements are dealt with efficiently.

Description of the role:
- Managing and resolving customer enquiries, taking ownership from start to finish.
- Recording customer information accurately onto the system.
- Liaising with customers via both phone and email.
- Building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Processing orders.
- Root cause analysis of common issues and anomalies.
- Dealing with customer complaints.
About you:
- Experience of working within a Customer Service role being able to build strong relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills being able to investigate anomalies and issues.
- IT literate including Word & Excel.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
- Negotiation and influencing skills when dealing with customer accounts.
