As a Compliance Manager, you will be working together with the client, customers, and Mitie management to progress local process and procedure and implement good compliance management practices. Advising on complex operational matters, coaching, and mentoring to improve performance as well as monitoring compliance and managing audits.
You should have a track record of planning and implementing successful HSE compliant contracts. You'll have a record of operating as an HSE Generalist, ideally with good business partnering experience. You need to have the most recent knowledge of practical HSE principles and practices including in depth knowledge of statutory compliance and HSE legislation. You'll also understand performance measurement and delivery of performance improvement interventions. Project planning and management experience is an advantage.
The role will also require use of Microsoft Office, Concept, and various other systems so it is important to have excellent IT skills.
