R13 are partnering an exciting events agency in the recruitment of a Bookings Coordinator to join them in Norwich on an ongoing temporary assignment to cover maternity leave. This varied role is administration focused and will include communicating with clients and coordinating bookings.

This is a full time, temporary opportunity working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. The offered salary is £12.00 per hour.

The day to day

  • Handling bookings, working with external clients and partners and updating internal teams on weekly schedules.
  • Updating records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is recorded.
  • Supporting the project manager, maintaining a strong working relationship with colleagues and clients and keeping various departments updated on specific projects.

You will have/be

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships in person and over the phone.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Well organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
