**Unique Norfolk Venues is a young and vibrant company offering wedding services, from venue management to wedding planning and delivery. We are excited to be recruiting for the role of Scheduling Coordinator.**

**The position of Scheduling Coordinator will be supporting our Head of Planning and Events in the day to day logistics. With record bookings, and new venues coming on board continually throughout the next 12-36 months, this is a particularly exciting time to join us and become an integral part of our ever-growing business.**

**Based at**: Oxnead Hall / work from home

**Hours of work**: This role is **full time**, working an average of **40 hours per week. Regular weekend work **is required, so we do ask for flexibility during peak season. Some of these working hours can be carried out working from home.

**The Role**:

- Recruitment of casual staff for all venues and departments
- Ensuring all documentation, such as right to work, for new casual staff are in place and up to date
- Management of and data input into our rota system (Deputy)
- Releasing availability forms every month, for staff to then fill in and submit
- Collecting, processing and storing the availability data
- Answering any enquiries from the Event Team
- Managing the casual staff holiday accrual
- Working with HR to keep up to date with employment law, advising planners and management on ensuring we are compliant
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to use own initiative
- Experience of staff and rota management
- Must have access to own transport
- Highly self-motivated and dependable
- Comprehensive IT skills (including Excel)
- Understands the importance of supporting and working as part of a team

Pay: £23,796.00 per year
