Galaxy Personnel is seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our planning team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying potential risks, and generating progress reports.

Job Summary:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  3. Work closely with the management team to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  4. Maintain accurate records of project progress and performance metrics.
  5. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including staff and customers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a production planning or related role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with MRP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
