Ambulance Booking Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to work as Ambulance Booking Coordinators for Huntress. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, can prioritise a workload, and works well individually and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan transport for future dates
  • Control resources, including re-arranging schedules and organising volunteer car service drivers
  • Liaise with hospital staff, communication centres, transport offices, and ambulance crews to ensure effective and efficient patient transfer
  • Enter transport requests into the computer system
