R13 Recruitment is currently assisting a prominent business in Norwich to source a skilled Service & Deployment Coordinator for a temporary 6-month contract with potential for a permanent position.

Job Summary

In this full-time, temporary capacity, you will be responsible for coordinating service bookings from initial customer contact through to sending documentation and updating the in-house system. This will involve working closely with customers, ensuring their needs are met and appointments are scheduled efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with flagged customers regarding servicing and arranging bookings
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments via telephone
  • Updating the in-house system with accurate customer and booking information
  • Issuing appointment confirmations via text or post
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A background in customer service with a strong telephone presence
  • Excellent organisational abilities to handle a diverse workload efficiently

Estimated Hourly Wage: £12.60.
