Associate Bid Director

About the Opportunity:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced bid professional to step in for 12 months and take the helm. Responsible for bid strategy, ensuring effective implementation of industry-leading bids, pitches and proposals in support of business plans. This is a leads role on the delivery of bids and proposals.


Skills Required:

  • Demonstrable capture and bid delivery competence, with experience in delivering high-quality, persuasive proposals and presentations.
  • Significant line management and mentoring experience.
  • Strong competence in building relationships and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience creating supporting media (storyboarding, stakeholder management, review and editing to deliver bespoke content aligned to bid strategy).
  • Construction industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to foresee issues and apply judgement to make improvements/corrections to plans to address issues before they become problems.
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
  • Ability to exercise judgment to solve tactical problems where the answer is not apparent.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with large, complex teams/stakeholders including external consultants.


Pay range and compensation package:

  • Central London location/Hybrid working.
  • Salary up to 80k + benefits.
