ThePurposeLed is a full-service Amazon agency that specialises in helping ethical, sustainable, and purpose-led brands launch and grow. We operate across the UK, Europe and North America on both seller and vendor accounts. We work with all types of brands from huge global entities to new starts and stretch across multiple different categories.


About The Role


Within the role, the successful candidate will be managing a number of clients at a time and will be expected to become an expert on their brands, whilst acting as their go-to source for Amazon knowledge.  Wherever possible you will go above and beyond to ensure your clients are happy, honesty and integrity are important values at ThePurposeLed and your honesty to clients is of critical importance. You will be overseeing a number of different areas that together help our clients grow their brands on Amazon such as listing new product, content optimisation, reporting, analysis and general problem solving/resolving issues.


The ideal candidate will be able overcome challenges autonomously and be able to think on their feet. This is a great opportunity for the right person to grow with us an agency and expand their knowledge whilst working with a whole host of exciting brands.


Skills and desired experience


  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working across Amazon Seller Accounts – Vendor experience would be beneficial but not necessary.
  • Experience from a brand/ agency setting – Preferred
  • Good understanding of Amazon Advertising.
  • Expert knowledge of Amazon SEO.
  • Confident speaker with an ability to discuss with internal and external stakeholders,
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and happy to challenge and debate decisions
  • Incredibly detail orientated & insists on the highest standards with all work.
  • Be customer obsessed. Starts with the customer and works backwards when making decisions.
  • Curious and an enthusiasm to learn.
  • Comfortable with change and multiple responsibilities be responsive in a fast-paced environment knowing what to prioritise
