About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our Softlines team at Amazon. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon's JP Marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon's JP Marketplace.
  • Work closely with Selling Partners to understand their business needs and develop solutions to drive growth and improve their Amazon business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and improve the customer and Selling Partner experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Selling Partners, Amazon leadership, and other external partners.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.

About the Team

The Softlines team is responsible for driving growth and improving the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon's JP Marketplace. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is passionate about innovation and customer obsession.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • A passion for developing an engaging customer user experience with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • High level English skills within speaking, writing, and reading.
  • Japanese native.
