Have you worked within a call centre of helpdesk before? Have you worked within a role where you have Account Managed or responded to client requirements?

I am recruiting for the UK’s largest independent company specialising in the installation and servicing of all makes and models of commercial equipment.

They have an exciting role to join the help desk to respond to clients requests to book repairs or servicing of equipment. This is a varied role where you will work within a small friendly team supported by a team manager.

  • · Answer phones and respond to customer requests via e-mail
  • · Log jobs
  • · Provide customers service information.
  • · Identify and resolve customer issues
  • · Follow-up on customer chasers, overdue jobs
  • · General reporting
  • · Reporting any escalations to your Supervisor / Manager

Previous experience in a call centre, helpdesk or telephone based customer service role is required. Account Manager, Facilities Helpdesk would also be ideal.

Office based Customer Service is essential

Hours will be Mon-Fri 08:30 to 17:30

Saturday morning 09:00-13:00 on rota basis 1 in 3 paying Time and Half. OVERTIME

Free parking or walking distance of station
