We're looking for an ambitious Sales Account Manager to join our fast-growing brand, and play a key role in building the Kind Bag brand.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage sales across the business
  • Researching & reaching prospective clients for distribution, bespoke products and collaborations
  • Managing new and existing B2B customers
  • Reporting KPI performance
  • Achieving/exceeding targets
  • Building relationships from scratch, detecting and winning opportunities and negotiating confidently
  • Assisting with tradeshows
  • Nurturing relationships with existing and prospective wholesale clients (i.e. updating them with new products and promotions, checking in with previous orders)
  • Manage international agencies and distributor partners
  • Work on excess stock partnerships 
  • Manage existing sales agents and Distributors 


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales; ideally coming from a fashion, accessories, gift or product background
  • Target driven
  • The candidate MUST be based in London or easily commutable to London
  • Capable of achieving targets and can thrive under pressure
  • Excellent communication & relationship management skills
  • Brilliant organisation skills
  • Relishes working fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both emails and phone calls
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills and able to prioritise between multiple tasks
  • Highly motivated and proactive, excited to progress in a growing company
  • Strongly interested in sustainability in the fashion industry


WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive, experience-based salary + commission
  • Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday- Thursday (9am-6pm) Friday (9-4.30pm) with a 40m lunch break
  • 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays
