Our client, based in Northampton require an Assistant to join their busy New Business department.
As a New Business Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients.
This role would suit an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities of both roles:
- Managing incoming calls.
- Contacting potential new clients and generating personalised fee quotes as quickly as possible.
- Following up fee quotes by phone and email to maximise conversion rates.
- Providing detailed feedback and maintaining relationships with introducers.
- Assisting the departments with all new business enquiries.
- Provide general support to the conveyancing team as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal environment is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
