  • Collaborate with our account handlers to streamline administrative processes and provide mentorship to develop their expertise in managing client books.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for new clients to provide tailored insurance solutions and ensure they are fully protected.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and industries to provide expert advice and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support new business growth.

**Requirements**

  • Significant experience in the insurance industry, with a strong preference for those with a background in broking or underwriting.
  • Proven track record in generating and converting new business leads within the insurance sector.
  • Extensive experience in managing client relationships, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Experience representing a company at industry events and building a strong network of potential clients and industry contacts.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and underwriters to secure favourable terms.
  • Proficiency in insurance software systems and a strong understanding of various insurance products and policies.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as those from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), are highly desirable but not essential.
