Marketing Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns across various international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns, including social media, publications, market research, lead generation, and content creation.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic keywords for various markets and audiences.
  • Plan, optimize, create, and execute campaigns across international markets, excluding the USA.
  • Design corporate assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Schedule and launch social media, website, and digital campaigns.
  • Track ROIs, CTAs, gated content, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, keywords, and targeting strategies.
  • Report on and optimize campaign performance, and analyze competitor campaigns.
  • Present data-backed business cases to improve efficiency and drive customer acquisition.
  • Help achieve acquisition, revenue, and customer LTV targets.
  • Build and refine efficient workflows.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Clearly communicate strategies, techniques, and results to stakeholders.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in marketing campaigns, either in an agency or in-house setting.
  • You have experience with multilingual ad campaigns.
  • You possess strong analytical and communication skills.
  • You can operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • You are highly numerate and data-driven.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • You are proficient in digital analytics tools, including GA4, Google Looker, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
  • You can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • You are a supportive team player, willing to cover for colleagues as needed.
