Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Land and Partnerships Manager to join our team in the South Midlands region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our regional business plan and land acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy.
  • Proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities.
  • Identify, assess, pursue, and progress potential land and partnership opportunities.
  • Lead and supervise on bid submissions and take ownership of legal agreement negotiations.
  • Develop and motivate team members to support the growth of the business.

  • Proven industry experience in planning and land acquisition.
