- Service Desk Management and IT Service Management skills

- Strong knowledge of service desk operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in managing remote teams
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
