What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitor case progression and provide administrative support to Advisors and Service Managers.
- Receive referrals, create, update, and close cases within ECMS, and ensure all documentation is saved and up to date.
- Send letters and information packs to service users, follow up on missing information, and perform telephone and reception duties.
- Understand and support the organisation’s commitment to safeguarding children.
- Ensure timely electronic receipt of new applications, set up electronic case files, and allocate work to the local team.
- Produce and send letters or other information to service users using available templates.
- Share information with stakeholders such as Local Authorities, solicitors, and courts.
- Maintain internal records, databases, and filing systems in compliance with data protection legislation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing resources.
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies and IT equipment and assist in financial record maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
- High level of attention to detail and ability to input data accurately.
- Highly organised with the ability to work methodically.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent word processing skills and good comprehension of the English language.
- Good numerical ability and knowledge of general office practice and procedures.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to agreed timescales.
- Adaptability to a changing environment and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Professional interpersonal skills and understanding of confidentiality issues.
