Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our Public Sector client's team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to written queries and provide accurate information to customers
  • Perform general administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Distribute post and manage incoming mail
  • Assist with photocopying, filing, and other administrative duties
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
  • Handle incoming calls and provide advice to customers on payment options
  • Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Standard DBS clearance
