This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £24,000.

The day to day
- Carrying out general administrative duties including handling incoming calls, replying to emails and handling correspondence.
- Updating and maintaining the company website, working with web developers to help fix any issues that arise.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Producing and issuing client/customer invoices.
- Processing orders and ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Actively managing the company’s social media accounts, developing content and monitoring performance.
You will have/be
- Previous experience in a similar administration role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience of social media platforms and content creation.
- Highly organised and detail orientated.
