About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Assistant to join our ICS Key Accounts Team in Fakenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of key accounts and providing comprehensive administrative support to our Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers for contract management
  • Support an internal service inbox and handle customer and internal inquiries
  • Deal with customer complaints and complete KPI information for Key Account Managers
  • Run and manipulate customer reports within Excel and Power BI
  • Upload information into customer portals
  • Use simple KPI and KAPTA platforms for reporting
  • Coordinate and support Key Account Managers with contractual paperwork in line with company processes
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including local and regional management teams
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams
  • Support other teams on annual leave
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Customer and solution-focused
  • Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret information effectively to continuously improve the department/team
