About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Coordinator to join our ICS Key Accounts Team in Fakenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of key accounts, providing administrative support to our Customer Service Manager, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of customers for contract management, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
- Support the internal service inbox, responding to customer and internal enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Deal with customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Run and manipulate customer reports within Excel and Power BI, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Upload information into customer portals, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
- Utilize KPI and KAPTA platforms for reporting, tracking key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate and support Key Account Managers with contractual paperwork, ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including local and regional management teams, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement projects, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to other teams during periods of annual leave.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with Power BI.
- Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to evaluate data and interpret information effectively.
