**Hours**: Monday - Sunday, 4 on 4 off, 06:00 - 18:00

**Breaks**: 30 Minutes Paid, 30 Minutes Unpaid

**Salary**: £25,800

**Responsibilities**:

- To produce batch sheets and product labels for production lines.
- Accurate recording of systems database.
- Accurate labour reporting. - Staffing numbers, signing agency, keeping plans up to date and keeping (Tensor) holidays and absences up to date.
- Prepare and issue work specification books for oncoming shift with up-to-date version number.
- Enter shift data onto manual Standard Labour Reporting (SLR) and DWOR system/Qlik. View ensuring alignment with Short Interval Control Board.
- Answering office phone as required.
- Assist the manager with data queries.
- Other admin tasks as requested by department managers.
- Raising works orders for departments such as Engineering.
- Health & Safety - Reporting Health and Safety breaches.
- Ensure the smooth running of the department by facilitating the smooth flow of information both in and out of the unit.

Qualifications:

- Manufacturing experience (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to details
- Data/analytic skilss
- Microsoft Office
- Good organisational skills and good time management
- Administrative experience
- A drive to succeed, improve and challenge the status quo
- Able to work independently and seek the appropriate resources and support to achieve.
