HAIL Partners is working with a global private markets firm based in central London. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations (IR) team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Traditional EA duties to the IR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of investor meetings, roadshows, and events.
  • Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate the distribution of quarterly and annual reports, newsletters, and other investor communications.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and reports.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of EA experience supporting IR, Sales or Marketing team within investment management.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion & attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
