Reed Finance are currently recruiting an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's executive team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial future of an organisation and drive strategic growth.
Chief Financial Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Chief Financial Officer Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and growth.
