Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs and schedules to ensure the efficient operation of facilities and equipment
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to high standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the overall operation of the establishment and address maintenance-related issues
  • Manage the maintenance budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting future needs, and optimizing resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field, with proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
