Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to perform daily upkeep, servicing, repair, and installation tasks on a comprehensive range of infrastructure, equipment, and estate assets within the designated trade and/or profession. Additionally, the individual is expected to possess qualifications in a secondary trade, enabling them to conduct maintenance, servicing, and installation activities across this secondary area in accordance with their skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Execute maintenance of the organization's assets by carrying out assigned tasks from the maintenance officers and scheduler.
  2. Perform installation work in accordance with trade qualifications and expertise.
  3. Contribute to the broader Estates team by offering multi-skilled trade capabilities for minor projects, including electrical, mechanical, and construction-related tasks.
  4. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs independently, adhering to professional standards.
  5. Complete additional duties as delegated by Technicians, Maintenance Officers, or Scheduler, collaborating effectively with other trades and providing assistance as needed.
