Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 4.30pm.Duties:Provide administrative support to the Vehicle & Plant managerAssist in hiring, tracking, verifying, and maintaining commercial informationLiaise extensively with operational personnel and approved suppliersAssisting with the 'on' / 'off hire' of plant and fleet assets for all hired plant and vehiclesHelping to ensure weekly plant returns are completed accurately and on timeGeneral data entry and administration duties for the plant departmentLogging 'write off' / 'break down' data and general plantBasic diary management for vehicle and plant inspections and maintenanceUsing and maintaining accurate data on our in-house system (JMSx)Raising purchase ordersAnswering department callsBenefits:£23,795 - £25,000 per annumPensionCar parkingExperience required:Previous admin experiencePrevious hire experience in vehicle and plant industry is desirableAbility to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasksGood telephone mannerPC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skillsPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
