We are looking for a motivated Business Operations Assistant to join our team at Focus Resourcing.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Vehicle & Plant Manager, including managing the flow of commercial information and ensuring accurate completion of weekly plant returns.

You will also be responsible for liaising with operational personnel and suppliers, as well as maintaining accurate records on our in-house system (JMSx).

A salary of approximately £24,900 per annum is available for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing commercial information
  2. Ensuring accurate completion of weekly plant returns
  3. Liaising with operational personnel and suppliers
  4. Maintaining records on JMSx
  5. General data entry and administration duties
  6. Logging 'write off' / 'break down' data and general plant information
  7. Basic diary management for vehicle and plant inspections and maintenance
  8. Raising purchase orders
  9. Answering department calls

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. Previous admin experience
  2. Previous hire experience in the vehicle and plant industry (desirable)
  3. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  4. Strong organisational skills
