Job Title: Administrator
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented administrator to join our team at Focus Resourcing. This role requires the ability to manage a busy workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Duties:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Vehicle & Plant manager, including hiring, tracking, verifying, and maintaining commercial information.
  2. Liaise extensively with operational personnel and approved suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
  3. Assist in completing weekly plant returns accurately and on time, and maintain accurate data on our in-house system (JMSx).
  4. Raise purchase orders, manage diaries for vehicle and plant inspections and maintenance, and log 'write off' / 'break down' data.
  5. Perform general data entry and administration duties for the plant department, utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

Requirements:
  1. Previous admin experience is essential, with previous hire experience in the vehicle and plant industry being highly desirable.
  2. Able to organize a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks.
  3. Possess good telephone manner and be PC literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
