Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating in the development and implementation of the Oracle system and administrative procedures to facilitate effective working practices.
  • Handling internal and external inquiries by telephone, correspondence, or personal contacts, and liaising with divisions, departments, and external organizations as required.
  • Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving that focuses on solutions and aims for continuous improvements in services provided and task ownership.
  • Assuming responsibility for developing personal skills and knowledge to enhance the performance of Finance and Procurement, servicing the Force and external organizations.
  • Working cooperatively with team members and colleagues, contributing positively to the achievement of team and organizational objectives.
  • Maintaining Oracle, reviewing, and updating it regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance when processing accounts payable invoices and purchase orders.
