About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR team at FRP Advisory as a Senior People Operations Coordinator. As a key member of the People Operations function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of HR processes and policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in using HR systems, and have experience in managing flexible benefits and payroll. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential for drafting letters, emails, and correspondences. A good understanding of HR functions and administrative background is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating onboarding processes, including preparing employment offers and addressing any discrepancies
  • Processing job changes, including drafting and issuing relevant documents, chasing necessary information, tracking progress, and updating records
  • Maintaining accurate data in core HR and benefits systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations and maintaining up-to-date records
  • Administering the full leavers process and absence management, ensuring accurate payroll processing
  • Managing flexible benefits, processing new applications, coordinating benefit renewals, and overseeing UK payroll
  • Conducting audits of employee, payroll, and benefits data, and performing reporting & mail merges as needed
  • Supporting company inductions for new joiners
  • Advising and promoting best practices on company processes, procedures, policies, and responding to day-to-day queries from employees
  • Regularly reviewing and suggesting process improvements
  • Deputising team members and supporting the wider People team as needed

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and professional development opportunities.
