Business Development Executive

At Shawbrook Bank, we're seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in banking. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting customers and brokers by ensuring they are serviced quickly and efficiently via telephone, routing calls to the correct underwriter, completions officer or other business area.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to demonstrate superior communication with customers and colleagues, and be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office suite – Excel, Word. They will also be enthusiastic and have a 'can do' attitude.
