Pacific International is retained on the search for a Senior Commercial Leader, to lead the United Kingdom & Europe region for our client, a global renewable energy business focused on green hydrogen solutions for commercial and industrial clients.


Founded more than 10 years ago, our client has established itself as a leading renewable energy company, serving top clients across the globe with a mission to create a greener tomorrow through futuristic clean technologies. The rapid growth and expansion highlights their global aspirations, with ongoing expansions into new international markets, such as Europe and the UK.


Our client is searching for a dynamic Commercial Leader to lead and grow relationships within Europe and the UK. This role is for the Green H2 Derivatives business and this person will handle contracts for customers, identify off-takers and handle all commercial duties/back end sales. Reporting to the Executive level at the global HQ, the successful candidate will drive work on strategic partnerships, including equity investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead market development in the UK & Europe, identifying new markets.
  • Collaborate with international sales teams.
  • Build on key client and partner relationships, including direct engagement and attendance at industry events.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12+ years in a management role within Renewable Energy, specifically hydrogen and clean derivatives
  • Working rights in the United Kingdom, with a willingness to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge and relationships in the Hydrogen sector and related fields
  • Experience managing a company/business unit’s P&L
  • Motivated and Driven in a start-up environment
  • Technical Degree required.
