Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Partnership Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainability.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Sales execution: Execute contracts and convert leads into clients. Focused on services companies such as accounting, legal firms and financial services firms.

Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations aligned with our sustainability goals.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, industry events, and outreach efforts. The sales manager will be supported by a colleague focused on lead generation

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance service offerings.

Reporting: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management on progress and performance.


Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in the sustainability or tech sector.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of sustainability practices and carbon management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
