There is an exciting opportunity to join Apollo as the Media Sales and Partnerships Manager within our commercial team. Based in London, this is the chance to advance a career in advertising sales and partnerships at one of the world’s most prestigious art magazines.
As part of the Apollo commercial team, the Media Sales and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for selling advertising into the magazine and our digital platforms, managing our art fair and media partnerships and being an ambassador for Apollo at industry events.
This is a varied role and would ideally suit someone who is interested in the international art scene and who will thrive on building connections and relationships that deliver revenue for the company. This role will require some international travel. Languages are useful but not obligatory.

Advertising Sales
Sell print and digital advertising to existing and new clients, working closely with our Advertising Director to drive revenue across all channels
Research and identify opportunities for securing new business for Apollo
Create and manage a new business pipeline
Provide excellent client management and after-sales service
Regularly visit both existing and potential gallery clients
Build mutually rewarding relationships with your client base keeping abreast of the latest news and relevant market information
Manage Apollo fair/media partnerships from initial contact through to the implementation of agreements
Develop a strategy to improve partnership performance
Experience of selling advertising to an art world client base/or similar for print and online
Good understanding of the cultural media landscape
A persuasive communicator with excellent relationship-building skills; A tenacious approach to new business and a commitment to providing excellent client management
comfortable dealing with a varied workload and delivering projects as part of a cross-functional team
This is an office-based role.
