What does your office smell like?

Stay with us…

If it doesn’t smell like cocoa, then maybe you’re in the wrong job. Imagine a chocolatey aroma every day… what’s not to love?

You won’t be on the production line making the chocolate, but you’ll be an integral part of the quality assurance team assisting in a variety of administrative and lab based tasks.

Your duties will include; checking all incoming raw materials, ensuring that the correct documentation and certificates of analysis are received from suppliers with every delivery, assessing liquor samples, carrying out various analytical requests for production, sales or complaint enquiries and supporting problem solving activities in production using analytical techniques.

We’re ideally looking for someone with a technical background who has the experience in a lab environment. This is by no means an absolute must as full training will be given, but it would be very beneficial.

The salary is on at up to £25,000 with 26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, so there’s plenty of ‘you time’ to be had… to enjoy your free chocolate. This role is for a 12 month FTC, with the possibility of going permanent.

We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so if you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Adam Williams on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest.

We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable, to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there are no gender biases in our adverts.

Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
